What is the check-in time and check-out time?

Check-in (arrival at the apartment) is possible from 4 p.m. and check-out (departure from the apartment) must be done no later than 11 a.m.

It’s possible to book an early check-in from 2 PM (instead of 4 PM) and/or a late check-out until 1 PM (instead of 11 AM), for a small additional fee.

For your comfort, we have set up a smart lock or a key box allowing you to enter the apartment independently.

👉 No need to make an appointment, 👉 No stress about being late.

👉 You arrive whenever you want from 4 p.m..

Is parking included ? how do I park?

We do not have parking space. Parking is not included in the rental price. You will find parking spaces on public streets.

Are sheets and bath towels provided?

✅ Yes, all bed linen is provided, sheets, duvets etc. As well as bath towels are systematically provided.

Is soap provided ?

Yes, we provide hair and body shower gel for the comfort of your stay.

I need a baby crib.

Is cleaning included in the stay?

Yes. Cleaning, bed and bath linen are included in the price and mandatory in order to guarantee impeccable hygiene for our travelers.

Is there a rental contract?

Yes, a confirmation email with a link to an electronic rental agreement will be sent to you when you book. You will need to sign it online and you will receive a copy in your email inbox.

Will I receive an invoice at the end of my stay?

Yes, we will automatically send you an invoice by email at 2 p.m. at the end of your stay.

What are the cancellation conditions?

Reservations on our site are refundable up to 24h hours before the arrival date. No refund will be made in case of cancellation beyond this. 

Are pets allowed?

No, pets are not allowed.

Is it possible to smoke in the apartments?

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. We are adamant about this.

If the apartment smells of cigarettes after your departure, we will be forced to close the apartment for several nights because we refuse to rent an apartment that smells of cigarettes. In this sense, your entire deposit will be retained.

Reminder: While the law does not allow a landlord to prohibit smoking in a traditional long-term rental agreement, it is different when it comes to a short-term rental agreement. You may NOT smoke in our accommodation, or even at the window. Thank you for your understanding.
